“My Favourite Relationship, The Ministry Of The Holy Spirit Is Like No Other(Part 1)”

So, I got talking with a friend in church. She was sharing some activities she was engaged in during the day, and this made her so tired…

The Holy Spirit made me pay close attention to what she told me, the Ministry of the Holy Spirit is important.

When she went home despite being exhausted, she had to warm the pot of corn chaff she had prepared, and then eat.

While listening to her The Holy Spirit Highlighted the phrase where (she had to warm food on the gas, despite being tired, before eating).

This is one of the beautiful characters of the Holy Spirit, He’s so (compassionate).

So, the Holy Spirit dropped in my heart about helping, and I asked myself “How can I help her?”. Then it dawned on me to make life A LITTLE EASIER FOR HER, I could get her a microwave.

Later, the Holy Spirit reminded me of a friend who solely caters to his mum, siblings, and nephew.

I know we are approaching the rainy season in Cameroon and it is important to have foodstuffs at home.

So, I pondered on how to assist him to make life A LITTLE EASIER FOR HIM.

It came to mind that I could forward some money to him, so he could get them a few items like a bag of rice, 5-liter groundnut oil, and a packet of Maggie.

Why am I sharing this?

The reason Why I shared these real stories, of course, it’s NOT TO SHOWOFF/BRAG OR BE PROUD.

I learned in (col 3: 23) “Whatsoever I do, I do it heartily as to the LORD and not as to MEN because my reward will come from God and not man”. This scripture (Col 3:23) is my go-to and I try to apply it in everything I do.

But I shared them because He wants me to share them with you.

The Holy Spirit helps you to live Purposefully

I have discovered am truly HAPPY when things are GOING WELL IN THE LIFE OF OTHERS AND NOT JUST MINE.

The Holy Spirit had to teach me that true worth and purpose involve being concerned about others.

This goes to demonstrate that the ministry of the Holy Spirit is vital in the life of every Christian because He guides you into all truth.

So am sure you have noticed who the FOCUS of this post is😊, ya You guessed right it’s the Holy Spirit. He sure is worth all the attention. Let’s chat about this Awesome Personality for a while.

The Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit is introduced to us in Genesis 1:2. Throughout the Old Testament His works are seen in different generations.

When Jesus was in the scene, He acknowledged the ministry of the Holy Spirit.

Jesus was very conscious of the Ministry of the Holy Spirit while on earth. This explains why He had supernatural results.

Why did God give us the Holy Spirit?

One of the reasons why God gave us the Holy Spirit is seen in John 14:16, Jesus shares why the Father will give us another Comforter: (abide with you FOREVER).

This is one of the ministries of the Holy Spirit in the life of a believer is to be WITH him and GUIDE him (John 16:13).

As earlier stated Jesus walked closely with the Holy Spirit in everything He did. Throughout Jesus’ Ministry, the Holy Spirit was very vital to Jesus.

To enlighten us further (He Jesus) acknowledged Him in several scriptures such as John 3:5kjv, John 5:19kjv, john5:30 (amp), John 6:63, John 7:38-39 KJV, John 10:38 KJV, John 14:10 KJV, etc.

Before Jesus ascended In Acts 1:4 He stated the disciples wait for the promise of the Father. Furthermore in Acts 1: 8 He further talks of Him.

In Acts 2:2 the Holy Spirit was given to the church. He has not left the earth ever since. He is the Third Person of the Trinity.

The amazing blessing of the church is that the Holy Spirit has been granted to LIVE IN THE CHURCH.

1 John 4:4 tells us “… because greater is He that is IN YOU than he that is in the world”. It wasn’t possible for the Holy Spirit to live in anyone in the Old Testament.

This is the Ministry of the Holy Spirit in the Church.

Just like how vital the Holy Spirit was to Jesus, the apostles, patriarchs so He is now to us. We live in a world with so many voices. Only the voice of the Holy Spirit is the surest, John 16:13, 1 Cor 2:12.

Sharing both examples above is to encourage you to be more mindful of the people in (your world). Helping someone must not include much finance but it could be offering the smallest HELP which will make their LIVES EASIER.

I need to state that the reason why I could think like this is that the ministry of the Holy Spirit is real to me, and I have CONSTANT FELLOWSHIP WITH HIM.

Fellowshipping/Communicating with the Holy Spirit makes you a SELFLESS person because He is very selfless.

He Is Indeed My Favourite Relationship: HES LIKE NO OTHER
